Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) print sharpest at any size. For photos or raster art, send the largest PNG or JPG you have — ideally 300 dpi at the finished print size. We check every file by hand and tell you before printing if something will look soft.
That cap only applies to the live preview, so the page stays quick. Order as normal and reply to your confirmation email with the print‑ready file; we swap it in before the proof.
Small fixes — removing a background, tidying edges, converting to vector — are free. A full redraw is quoted separately, usually $40–$90 depending on complexity. We always tell you first.
You do. We keep a copy so you can reorder without re‑uploading, and we never use your artwork in our own marketing without asking.
Full colour (DTG) handles photos, gradients and unlimited colours. Single colour lays one solid ink and gives the crispest edge you can get — best for logos and type, and cheaper per piece. You can switch between them in the studio and watch the preview change.
Yes — on tees and hoodies you can place a separate design on the front, the back and each sleeve. Second‑side printing adds a small per‑piece cost that is shown in the studio before you add to cart.
Not for at least 50 washes — that is the guarantee. Water‑based inks cured at 330 °F bond into the fibre rather than sitting on top of it. Wash cold, inside out, and skip the fabric softener.
The UV wrap is cured and clear‑coated, so it holds up to regular dishwasher cycles. We still recommend the top rack to protect the vacuum seal over the long run.
The classic tee is a true unisex regular. The heavyweight tee is deliberately boxy — size down if you want it fitted. Every product page links to a chart of measured garment dimensions, not body ranges. See the size guide .
Yes. Add the same design at each size you need — volume pricing looks at the total pieces across the order, not per line, so a mixed run still gets the discount.
None. Order a single tee if you want. Volume discounts start automatically at 10 units and increase again at 25, 50 and 100.
Standard production is 48 hours from proof approval, plus shipping. Rush 24‑hour production is available at checkout, and local pickup is same‑day when stock allows.
Until you approve the proof, yes — just reply to the confirmation email. Once it is on the press we cannot stop it, because it is already ink on cotton.
Yes, to most countries. Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not collected at checkout. Transit is typically 5–12 business days.
If the item does not match your approved proof, or the print cracks within 50 washes, we reprint and ship a replacement free. Send a photo within 30 days.
Custom‑printed goods are made to your specification, so they are exempt from the usual change‑of‑mind return rights. That is exactly why we send a proof — check it carefully. Full detail in shipping & returns .
